This was a very last minute decision, and working with Kevin made it the smoothest process possible. Our lender preferred we go through Kevin and I'm super thankful that he did. The communication, flexibility, explanations, and customer service was absolutely outstanding. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers so every question we had, Kevin had a solution for. He also gave us multiple loan scenarios to choose from, even when we were just looking at one, and we really appreciated being able to consider all of our options as well. We will use Kevin in the future for anything like this, and refer him to all family and friends.
